Peer Review Policy
The International Journal of Language, Literature and Culture (IJLLLC) follows a transparent and ethical peer review process in line with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. Submission of a manuscript to IJLLLC implies that all authors have read and agreed to the journal’s publication and ethical standards.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening before being sent for double-blind peer review, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure fairness and objectivity. Each paper is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers selected for their expertise in the relevant research area.
Reviewers are expected to evaluate the manuscript based on originality, quality of research, relevance to the journal’s scope, clarity of writing, ethical compliance, and adequacy of references. Reviewer feedback is shared with authors to guide necessary revisions and improve the quality of the paper.
Reviewer Ethics and Responsibilities
Reviewers are required to:
- Maintain confidentiality and not share any manuscript information.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest before reviewing.
- Evaluate the work impartially, based solely on its academic merit.
- Provide constructive, clear, and timely feedback.
Editorial Decision
The final decision on each manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on reviewers’ recommendations and overall quality assessment. Accepted papers proceed to the production stage, while authors of revised papers are invited to submit updated versions addressing reviewer comments.
