Plagiarism Policy

The International Journal of Language, Linguistics, Literature and Culture (IJLLLC) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. To ensure transparency and originality, all submissions undergo a strict plagiarism screening process before peer review.

What is Plagiarism?
Plagiarism refers to using another author’s ideas, language, or expressions without proper acknowledgment and presenting them as one’s own original work. It is a serious academic offense and a violation of publishing ethics, subject to rejection or retraction.

Plagiarism Screening Process
Every submitted manuscript is checked using plagiarism detection software prior to the review process and verified again during peer review. IJLLLC applies the following criteria:

  • Below 10% similarity: Accepted for further review and processing.
  • 10–30% similarity: Returned to the author for revision and proper citation.
  • Above 30% similarity: Rejected outright, with a recommendation for complete rewriting before resubmission.

If plagiarism is detected after publication, the paper will be reviewed and may be retracted after verification.

Author Responsibilities
Authors are advised to check their manuscripts for plagiarism before submission and ensure that all sources are properly cited. Submitting the same paper to more than one journal at a time is strictly prohibited.

IJLLLC does not tolerate plagiarism or duplicate submissions in any form. Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection tools before submitting manuscripts to maintain originality and research integrity.

For manuscript submission, please email editor@ijlllc.org or use the online submission portal.
